We were delighted to be the official marketing partner for ButeFest for the second year running! ButeFest - a 3-day music festival held on the Isle of Bute, required full-stack marketing capabilities, from brand concept to on-site execution, handling everything from the initial design of marketing materials and social media management to live event photography and videography, ensuring a cohesive and impactful campaign.
Building The Festival Brand ...from the Boots Up 🙂

Each year was built around a theme, and having developed the unique branding and logos for both the 2024 and 2025 festivals, this guided the design of all subsequent printed marketing materials, including posters, banners, lanyards, and flyers ...and of course, the wide range of merchandise provided by local printing company, Bute Signs & Graphics.
Seeing the designs come to life and build excitement on the ground was hugely rewarding over both years.
Creating a ButeFest Buzz - a 10-month Campaign
We also provided full social media management for both ten-month campaigns. This wasn't just about posting content; it was about engaging and growing a vibrant online community. We curated all social content, ran targeted paid ad campaigns, to generate sales throughout the year. A significant part of this involved promoting the festival's fantastic line-up, promoting over 100 bands during the course of the two campaigns.



Capturing Precious Moments with Live Event Photography and Video
Working with a team of photographers, we delivered real-time event updates with photographs and videos throughout the festival. The goal was to capture the energy, the people, and the unforgettable moments that make ButeFest events so special for immediate social media sharing - and for building a visual legacy for future events.
